THE BAG THAT BUILDS
They operate a traditional recycling service to the suburbs and as a buy back center for the nearby communities’ waste reclaimers
Kerby is able to receive and process large amounts of waste from their network of reclaimers who receive a daily wage to collect plastic waste from the surrounding environment.
Due to the lack of service delivery in this area, illegal dumping is rampant in the community, and interventions such as this are vital to keep plastic and other waste entering the environment.
